A New concept of crime:- Mob lynching.

India that is acclaimed to be safe for human resources but a new concept of crime was introduced by its supporter that is mob lynching. The mob lynching is mostly based on religious issue, land disputes, and personal enmity . Recently, in India there were many cases of lynching. People are allegedly beaten up on the religious basis or by  the cow vigilantes. Most of the victims belonged to Muslim community whether they are caught in cow smuggling or deny to chant JAY SHRI RAM before dictators. A year ago in UP a Police person was killed by aggressive mob of cow vigilantes over the dispute between the two community. 
A point that is very shocking, that after the formation of modi- led government in 2014, Mob lynching has been increased. In 2019 the Modi- government again came  into power. Barely one month completes,  there come many cases of mob lynching. A month ago, the state of Jharkhand was witnessed for this incident. A Muslim young man was thrashed by the local people, and was forced to chant a religious slogan. As soon as he denied, he was started to beating up and abusing, after he was rushed to hospital but where he was announced dead. No people came to help him even people gathered for seeing this pantomime. A week ago A policeman, who went a village at rajsamand in Rajasthan to resolve the land disputes, was beaten up and while taking to hospital he died.  However Government threw word over this incident but was reluctant to take stringent action towards it.
Why government has  shut up his mouth over these scuffles. 
Now India is bowing towards the unprotected region.
People have no fear of law. They are crossing the line of law day by day. Some times political hands remains behind this situation to get votes of particular community.  When protesters come ahead and demand for NYAY, despite doing support to victim, they are imprisoned. Now election has over, so no NETA and political arena come forward to get him justice. However, Police are not only the responsible for it, Government's support to a specific group who are cause of this problem must be taught a lesson.
A country where secularism word is on the tongue of every leader in public speeches. There are no hard and fast rule for religious feud. The country's freedoms fighter fought for secularism over their lives. But in this time secular country bowing towards a particular religion. Where some parties try to make this country Hindu nation, and other side other parties are constantly opposing this idea.
As per my opinion, Country can't run without the support of each single person even the last person of queue. India and Pakistan got independence on same day. India became secular whereas Pakistan became Muslims nation. As per that decision we can see that India is more higher in development than Pakistan's.
After a lot of murders by mob, a question arise in mind that why in India there is  no law related to this crime. Although there are many section under IPC (Indian penal code) act 1860 related murder,  no section implies the punishment of mob lynching. Section 302 under IPC provides the conditions of sentence related to murder and 304 for homicides. But no section for immediate action against those hate crimes. I think it is high time for introducing anti lynched law in Parliament because it is now going on. Uttar Pradesh became first state to introduce anti lynched law and followed by Madhya Pradesh. Now Rajasthan chief minister also tabled the proposal of law in assembly. If Rajsthan introduced it then it will become   3rd state. In this series Raj. CM also said that they would make law a against owner killing after it Rajasthan will become second state after Manipur.

I think, Mob violence will never be stopped until people don't get awareness of this law. Everyday many crimes of mob violence are being booked. Now water is over head, Government will have to make law against it  and must give stringent punishment those who are involved in crime. Government should try to establish Harmony among religions. In India where media is stated 4 state of constitution, should also play role to spread awareness and must not run  religions related debate.

The upward curve and Doctors' attention.

after entering into the third week of lockdown, India sees suddenly rise in numbers and graph is going upward without giving some relief to people of country. On Thursday, 847 cases was seen highest in the previous days. Now it is making all the stakeholders of administration more and more responsible.
