Concern of testing in India.

The war against the corona virus is worsening day by day. In lockdown 2.0, India witnesses larger numbers of cases on each day. The efforts to flatten the curve is indeed important as well. All the globe looking at the India's effort and its policy to contain corona virus at lower numbers of cases than other superpower and well medical equipped countries. although the lockdown helps to break the chain of virus, but it doesn't provide the cristal clear image of current evolving situation. Lockdown may be successful if it is combined by more and more testing. Though India is testing and its numbers is increasing day by day, but it is not enough if it happens for longer time at this pace. India has to scale up its capacity to test people day by day at larger pace, if we want to end lockdown by may 3, because it will provide a clear picture of epidemic.

Some States, like Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Kerala, and Delhi, are testing very well and the testing ratio to their one million population are maximum in Rajasthan among states and Delhi among UTs. The most populous states, utter Pradesh, West bangal and Bihar, far less than the national average of testing. All these three states are not testing enough as proportionate to their population as per report of ICMR UP-51, bihar-55 and WB- 25 per one million population. All these states which are rely on aggressive testing, can find a clear image within a few weeks, but what for those states which is not enough testing.

The infected persons and new hotspot can only be found if we are doing rapidly and aggressive testing. The country is facing both lives and livelihood of people. Lives for infected persons and livelihood for poor people who are not getting enough food since lockdown imposition. 

So now it up to center as well as state government to make aggressive efforts to contain this virus and prevent other places to become hotspot. 

कोरोना वायरस के खिलाफ युद्ध दिन-प्रतिदिन बिगड़ रहा है। लॉकडाउन 2.0 में, भारत प्रत्येक दिन बड़ी संख्या में मामलों को देखता है। वक्र को समतल करने के प्रयास वास्तव में महत्वपूर्ण हैं। भारत के प्रयास और उसकी नीति को देखने वाले सभी ग्लोब में अन्य महाशक्ति और अच्छी तरह से चिकित्सा से सुसज्जित देशों की तुलना में कम संख्या में कोरोना वायरस हैं। हालांकि लॉकडाउन वायरस की श्रृंखला को तोड़ने में मदद करता है, लेकिन यह वर्तमान विकसित स्थिति की गंभीर स्पष्ट छवि प्रदान नहीं करता है। लॉकडाउन सफल हो सकता है अगर यह अधिक से अधिक परीक्षण द्वारा संयुक्त हो। हालांकि भारत परीक्षण कर रहा है और इसकी संख्या दिन-प्रतिदिन बढ़ रही है, लेकिन यह पर्याप्त नहीं है अगर यह इस गति से अधिक समय के लिए होता है। भारत को दिन-प्रतिदिन लोगों की जाँच लेने की अपनी क्षमता को बड़े पैमाने पर मापना होगा, अगर हम  मई 3 से लॉकडाउन समाप्त करना चाहते हैं, क्योंकि यह महामारी की स्पष्ट तस्वीर प्रदान करेगा। कुछ राज्य, जैसे महाराष्ट्र, राजस्थान, केरल, और दिल्ली, बहुत अच्छी तरह से परीक्षण कर रहे हैं और उनकी दस लाख आबादी के लिए परीक्षण अनुपात राजस्थान राज्यो तथा केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में दिल्ली में अधिकतम हैं। सबसे अधिक आबादी वाले राज्य, केंद्र, पश्चिम बंगाल और बिहार, परीक्षण के राष्ट्रीय औसत से काफी कम हैं। आईसीएमआर यूपी -51, बिहार -55 और डब्ल्यूबी- 25 प्रति दस लाख आबादी की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार ये सभी तीन राज्य अपनी जनसंख्या के अनुपात में पर्याप्त परीक्षण नहीं कर रहे हैं। ये सभी राज्य जो आक्रामक परीक्षण पर निर्भर हैं, कुछ हफ्तों के भीतर एक स्पष्ट छवि पा सकते हैं, लेकिन उन राज्यों के लिए जो पर्याप्त परीक्षण नहीं है। संक्रमित व्यक्ति और नए हॉटस्पॉट केवल तभी मिल सकते हैं जब हम तेजी से और आक्रामक परीक्षण कर रहे हों। देश लोगों के जीवन और आजीविका दोनों का सामना कर रहा है। संक्रमित व्यक्तियों के लिए जीवन और गरीब लोगों के लिए आजीविका जो तालाबंदी के बाद से पर्याप्त भोजन नहीं पा रहे हैं। तो अब यह केंद्र के साथ-साथ राज्य सरकार को भी इस वायरस को रोकने के लिए आक्रामक प्रयास करने और अन्य स्थानों को हॉटस्पॉट बनने से रोकने के लिए तैयार है
