A New concept of crime:- Mob lynching.

Image
India that is acclaimed to be safe for human resources but a new concept of crime was introduced by its supporter that is mob lynching. The mob lynching is mostly based on religious issue, land disputes, and personal enmity . Recently, in India there were many cases of lynching. People are allegedly beaten up on the religious basis or by  the cow vigilantes. Most of the victims belonged to Muslim community whether they are caught in cow smuggling or deny to chant JAY SHRI RAM before dictators. A year ago in UP a Police person was killed by aggressive mob of cow vigilantes over the dispute between the two community.  A point that is very shocking, that after the formation of modi- led government in 2014, Mob lynching has been increased. Recently in Bihar a disease named Acute encephalitis was spreading rapidly especially in malnourished children. Doctors said litchi consumption by starving children and remain in warm temperature is cause of disease. But the government of India and as well as the state is indifferent about it. I don't want to talk on any political party. But their promises should be met. In Bihar AIIMS was laid the foundation in 2014 then its government. In 2018 it was inaugurated by the prime minister despite being uncompleted. The model of AIIMS which was presented in its initial, was completely  undone. First of all, I want to mention that in India Bihar holds worst position in health sector across the country. In Bihar 2017-18 Budget was 8000 cr and in 2018-19 was reduced to 7000. It was surprisingly tha...
